 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean.     This 83 year old, Imam-Abdullahi-Abubakar reportedly saved around 300 people reported to be Christians on June 24, 2028 when suspected Fulani herdsmen invaded 15 communities in Barkin Ladi LGA, killing scores.
The victims were said to be running for safety from a neighbouring village in the Barkin Ladi LGA when the Imam hid them in his house and mosque.
“I hid the women in my personal house and after that, I took the men into the mosque and hid them there,” Imam Abubakar had stated.
However, the assailants reportedly caught up with the Imam, and ordered him to hand them over to them .But the cleric reportedly refused, and the attackers left.I heard he will be honoured by President Buhari,for his bravery.
