 Peter Obi lies like fish drinking water –Festus Keyamo Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, has accused the 2027 Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, of deliberately fabricating claims regarding a recent airport incident. Speaking during an interview on Channels Television’s ‘Politics Today’ on Thursday night, July 30, Keyamo alleged that Obi lied about his experience at the airport to score political points. “That man was lying. He lies like a fish drinking water. He lies. He lies for fun,” Keyamo stated. The Minister noted that Obi had publicly complained of facing harassment from airport officials strictly due to his opposition status. The FederalGovernment has declared Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd August as Public Holidays to mark the 2018 Eid-El-Kabir celebration.
The Hon. Minister of Interior, Lt. Gen (Rtd) Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau, Ph.D, CFR who made the declaration on behalf of the Federal Government enjoined Nigerians to use the period to embrace the virtues of love and sacrifice for the unity and development of the nation.
He called on Nigerians both at home and abroad to support the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari in its determination in ensuring a peaceful and united Nigeria.
The Minister wishes Nigerians Happy Eid-El-Kabir celebration.
