 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.         If you ask me last month if yellow is the new black,my answer might not be straight forward,but now I can confidently tell you that yellow is the new black.Yellow especially mango-yellow can go with any outfit.Some people might disagree with me now,but I can tell you for free,with time you will agree with me.The trick wearing yellow,or mango-yellow is that it might match with something or you colour block it with colours that will make the yellow standout.On sunday,I wore a very simple white and black dot gown,instead of wearing a white shoe or black shoe,I decided to wear yellow mango shoes,and I carried a yellow mango purse to match,just to bring the whole look together.When it comes to jewellery,I wore a white stud choker set,silver watch and black and silver ruby bangle.I hope you like my combination?,bye for now.More photos below.
