 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.      Yesterday,Yeni Kuti,the daughter of Fela Kuti shared some photos on her Instagram in which her brother Femi Kuti was pictured with American/Nigerian musician Seal who visited the African Shrine yesterday at Ikeja. According to a source his visit to Nigeria after 40 years was as a result of his 12 year old son he had with Heidi Klum,who is bent on knowing his father's African root which turned out to be Nigeria.Sources further said the super star is still not impressed with the development in Lagos,though they tried to take him to all the Posh areas of Lagos but he wants the government to do more.More photos below.
