 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo.     Internet fraudsters are still on the prowl, extorting money from despirate job seekers. Despite so many irregularities in the above so called' appiontment letter'' some people failed and may still fall to the cheap trap. Ordinarily, looking at the fraudulent letter, it should be easy to suspect it's intention. If not how will CUSTOMS be spelt CUSTOM, official letter head bearing Federal Government before the Service name? Asking recruits to pay for training kits? Habaa. 
Again, of all platforms, Nigeria Customs Service will choose Facebook or whatsApp to conduct recruitment exercise? certainly not true. Please note that Nigeria Customs Service is presently not recruiting, and when we are ready, the public will be notified through Television, Radio and Newspapers.
