 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. ABIA YOUTHS BLOCKED ALL ROADS YESTERDAY AFTER AN OKADA RIDER WAS KILLED BY A UNIFORM MAN.{PHOTOS}.

   According to newsmen angry youths of Isiala Ngwa in Abia state have blocked all roads following the death of an Okada rider in the Area yesterday.Sources gathered that the Okada rider was killed by a navy man over misunderstanding on Monday morning.
Eye witnesses informed newsmen that the Okada rider fell and died on the spot after he was allegedly hit by the Naval officer.After the death of the man, the security operative was nowhere to be found which made the youths to start setting things ablaze demanding for the soldier who hit the Okada rider to be provided.As at the time of writing this report, the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Senator Chikwendu Kalu was seen trying to calm the youths down in order to maintain peace.More photos below.
