AL-MAKURA AND NASARAWA APC ARE LOYALISTS AND WILL ABIDE BY PARTY DECISION.

      His Excellency Governor Umaru Tanko Al-makura will wish to commend the pragmatic leadership of APC National Chairman Comrade Adams Oshiomole and his foresight, tact and diplomacy to ensure party unity amongst APC members spread across the length and breadth of Nigeria.

Governor Al-makura wishes to assure the APC national leadership that Nasarawa State as the political laboratory of President Muhammadu Buhari is a state with unfettered and unwavering commitment to the cause of strengthening party unity and for us in Nasarawa State, “the interest of the party is paramount and supersedes any other consideration!”

As regards the granting of clearance for aspirants seeking Legislative office under the banner of our futuristic party, Governor Umaru Tanko Al-makura reaffirms herewith that: “APC IS ONE FAMILY WORKING TOWARDS THE SAME GOAL”, which is why in Nasarawa State, Governor Al-makura has already commenced peacebuilding and reconciliation process even before the conclusion of the APC Primaries at all strata of the party structure.

His Excellency Umaru Tanko Al-makura, himself “the beacon of inclusive governance” believes that Elections are one of the defining events of modern democracies and each election brings with it a responsibility that requires citizens to make a choice between individuals, parties, and policy options.

The seriousness and responsibility of such a noble task, as what is before APC; which is persuade the heterogeneous Nigerian electorate to stand with the patriotic vision of our dear party, requires APC to close ranks in all states of the federation and to be united in every village and electoral ward; so that APC can march ahead and face the battle before us as one family.

For us in Nasarawa State, the role to provide for President Muhammadu Buhari the kind of implicit support and citizen activism that will sustain the tempo and momentum which Mr. President has already implanted to propel Nigeria to its place of destiny, cannot be compromised on the altar of ego or personal ambition.
