 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.        The attention of the National Officers of the Nigerian Bar Association have been drawn to a video clip which has now gone viral involving a 'lawyer' and some Federal Road Safety Corp officials. The video clip appeared to show the 'lawyer' assaulting a female FRSC official and behaving in a way unexpected of a legal practitioner.
While we are still in the process of obtaining the particulars of the 'lawyer' involved and his branch, we assure members that the NBA would not tolerate a situation where legal practitioners exhibit acts of thuggery and gross indiscipline in the conduct of their affairs, and bring the legal profession into disrepute.
Proper investigation shall be conducted and members shall be informed accordingly of the the outcome of the investigation. However, you may private chat me if you have any useful information regarding the incident.
