 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. OVER 50 CORPSES CAUGHT FIRE YESTERDAY AT ENUGWU-UKWU GENERAL HOSPITAL MORTUARY.{PHOTOS}.

      According to a facebook user identified as Chukwumma Ikenna who shared these photos with the caption ''Over 50 corpses gutted by fire at Enugwu-Ukwu General Hospital Mortuary.The Mortuary section of Enugwu-Ukwu general hospital has been gutted by fire and all the corpses burnt beyond recognition.It was said that the fire started at about three o'clock this afternoon and before they could get the fire service, the three -room-morgue had been raised down.The mortician on duty couldn't stop the fire as he was the only person on duty and they couldn't ascertain the cause of the fire though according to the eye witneses, the fire may have come from bush burning as the surrounding is over grown with dry grasses''.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
