  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. GOV. ORTOM CONSOLES LOBI STARS FOOTBALL CLUB OVER COACH'S DEATH.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

    Governor Samuel Ortom deeply commiserates with the Board, Management, staff and players of Lobi Stars Football Club, over the death of their Technical Adviser, Coach Solomon Ogbeide who died on Monday, 20th May, 2019 in Makurdi.
The Governor describes the death of coach Ogbeide as a painful loss not only to his family and Lobi Stars, but also to the entire state and country at large.
He says coach Ogbeide's time as Lobi Stars' Technical Adviser brought several success stories to the state among which are the club's emergence as winners of last season's Nigerian Premier League and its qualification for the group stage of the 2018/2019 CAF Champions League.
Governor Ortom says the late football tactician was a humble and hardworking man whose commitment and selfless disposition will be greatly missed by his players and thousands of fans of the club.
The Governor sends condolences to the government and people of Edo, the home state of late coach Ogbeide. He prays God to grant the deceased eternal rest and his family the strength to bear the loss.
