 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.        Information reaching the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) indicates that some unscrupulous individuals are extorting money from unsuspecting applicants/candidates under the false impression that they can guarantee their eventual recruitment into the Service in the ongoing 2019 NAF Trades/Non-trades Men and Women Recruitment Exercise.
The NAF wishes to reiterate that the entire NAF Recruitment process is completely FREE OF CHARGE and executed in an equitable and transparent manner. Applicants are NOT required to pay money to anyone for any purpose throughout the process. Accordingly, the general public, and especially applicants, are strongly advised NOT to have any dealings with anyone demanding money as a guarantee for recruitment into the Service, as no applicant is required to make any payments to any individuals or bank accounts at any time during the recruitment process. The NAF, while taking action to apprehend the perpetrators of the illegal activities, wishes to advise applicants who are solicited to make any payments to promptly report such to the nearest NAF Unit, Nigeria Police Post or through the following phone numbers/email address:
