Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. CRIPPLED TEENAGE BEGGAR CRUSHED TO DEATH BY 40-FEET TANKER IN ONITSHA.{PHOTO}.

     A crippled teenage boy who is yet to be identified was reportedly crushed to death by an articulated vehicle while begging for alms at Upper Iweka, Onitsha in Anambra state.
Sister to the deceased who was pushing him on a wheel chair, was said to have narrowly escaped death as she abandoned him and ran for her life. According to a report by TheNation, the driver of the ill-fated 40-feet tanker which had earlier loaded its liquid content, reportedly rammed into them following brake failure.
An eye witness who simply identified himself as Uchenna, said the truck was descending the Onitsha Asaba expressway from Army barracks axis when he suddenly lost control and skidded off the road.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
