 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.      An 18 seater bus belonging to Benue Links was involved in a ghastly accident at Angwan chiyawa, along Akwanga-Lafia road, after it had a head on collision with a trailer that pushed them into a ditch.

N-Reporters also informed by eye witness that it is believed just one person survived (a woman) as the rest are dead bodies.

Check your loved ones who traveled this afternoon from Abuja heading to makurdi.
