 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.      A young woman is questioning whether her mother is really her biological mother after she flogged her brutally for going to make her hair.
Instagram user, Vanessa, claims she took permission before leaving home. Yet, when she returned from the salon, her mother flogged her.
The flogging was so extreme that the young woman was left with red cane marks on her back, shoulder, and stomach.
In another post, she said no one understands her except her real dad and step dad.
