 Abuja High Court orders INEC to deregister ADC, Accord Party, others Justice Peter Odo Lifu of the Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately deregister the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Accord Party, and others from participating in the 2027 general elections over alleged constitutional breaches. Justice Lifu issued the order on Monday, June 15, while delivering judgment in a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/2637/2026, and instituted by the Incorporated Trustees of the National Forum of Former Legislators against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and several political parties, including the ADC, Action Alliance, APP, Accord Party, and Zenith Labour Party. The plaintiffs argued that the affected political parties failed to meet constitutional requirements relating to electoral spread and performance.      I see Afenifere and Pa Reuben Fasoranti as the source and apex of the Oduduwa people and nation. Afenifere leads and all others follow. My allegiance is to Baba Fasoranti, Baba Ayo Adebanjo, Baba Oladipo, Baba Olu Falae and all the other leaders of Afenifere. This is where I stand.
And what has Baba Fasoranti not seen and suffered? He really has paid his dues. First they killed his daughter. Then they sponsored a desperate pretender to attempt to usurp his position and undermine his authority as leader and thereby destroy Afenifere. Finally they mocked and humiliated him.
All this just to weaken his resolve and destroy the legitimate leadership of the sons of Oduduwa in order to enslave and subjugate us forever. I have a word for them: you shall fail and Afenifere will stand forever.More photos below.
