 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. COURT SENTENCES TWO FRAUDSTERS TO COMMUNITY SERVICE IN FCT.{PHOTO}.

     Justice Adebukola Banjoko of the FCT High Court, Jabi, Abuja on Thursday, November 21, 2019 convicted and sentenced one Nwala Eze Kenneth (alias Moore Smith) to one month community service at the National Hospital, Abuja.
The convict was prosecuted by the Abuja Zonal Office of the EFCC on a one count charge of obtaining by false pretence to the tune of $5000 (Five Thousand U.S. Dollars), using a fictitious email address: mooresmithg1@gmail.com to obtain the sum of $5000 from one Amit Raykundal.
