 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. HON. OLADELE TO DELIVER NATIONAL CRIMEWATCH AWARD AND LECTURE 1ST OF DECEMBER,2019.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

       A former Federal lawmaker and immediate past Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Financial Crimes, Hon. Kayode Oladele will deliver the keynote address at this year’s National Crimewatch Award coming up on December 1, 2019 at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry,  LCCI Building, 10 Nurudeen Olowopopo Drive Behind MKO Garden, Alausa Secretariat. Ikeja. The theme of the event is :  “Celebrating The Military  in Sustaining Peace and Stability in Nigeria”. Those to be honored at the occasion include the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen.Tukur Buratai , Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshall Sadiq Abubakar and Chief of Naval Staff, Vice-Admiral Ibot -Ete Ibas.
Hon. Oladele will also be honored with a Special Recognition  for  his  Immense contributions  to the fight against terrorism financing and financial crimes in Nigeria.
