 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo.      Justice Sikiru Oyinloye of a Kwara State High Court in Ilorin on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 adjourned till January 2020 for Judgment in a criminal case filed against a suspected vote buyer, Abdulsalam Abdulkadir. Abdulkadir was arrested on March 9, 2019 for allegedly sharing money to voters in order to compromise the outcome of Governorship and State House of Assembly Election in his Polling Unit.
