 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.      The Acting Chairman of the EFCC, Ibrahim Magu has charged staff of the Commission not to rest on their laurels in the fight against economic and financial crimes in the country.
Magu stated this during the end of the year Staff Party of the Benin Zonal Office. Magu who was represented by the Zonal Head, Muhtar Bello commended officers of the Zone for their achievements during the year. According to him, the zone secured 95 convictions and recovered N243 million during the year, an improvement on the previous year.
The Acting Chairman said in 2020, staff must work harder to achieve better result through total dedication and commitment to duty. "In 2020 God willling, it is our desire to do better than we have done this year. We must work together as a team for better result because as it is often said if you want to go fast, you go alone but if want to go far, you go as a team."
