 Anambra to go after houses without proper drainage in order to combat Erosion  Worried by the rising menace of gully erosion, the Anambra State Government has threatened to enforce regulations requiring residents to provide proper drainage for storm water from their homes. The State Executive Council (ANSEC), which announced the proposed enforcement, lamented that erosion remains an existential challenge in Anambra, blaming the situation on careless actions by some communities and lapses by regulatory bodies in enforcing environmental laws. Briefing journalists after the weekly executive council meeting, the Commissioner for Information, Dr. Law Mefor, said it had been observed that some residents channel storm water from their homes directly onto roads, where it accumulates and worsens the erosion crisis across the state. “ANSEC has resolved to step up enforcement to compel residents to properly channel and manage storm water from their houses. DUKE OF CAMBRIDGE ON A ROYAL VISIT TO KUWAIT AND OMAN THIS WEEK.{PHOTOS}.

     The Duke of Cambridge is in Kuwait and Oman this week, on a Royal Visit which will pay tribute to the historic ties Britain shares with the two countries.
🌍 On the first day of his official visit to Kuwait, His Royal Highness learned more about Kuwait’s ambitious plans to protect its natural environment from human and environmental challenges, as well as how the country is engaging and educating young Kuwaitis in innovative ways across a range of areas, from space exploration and robotics to natural history and human biology.
🍃 At the Jahra Nature Reserve The Duke joined scientists on the reserve’s salt marshes, reed beds and sandy sabkha flats for activities studying the wetlands’ wildlife, before visiting the Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Centre to see how they are engaging young Kuwaitis in innovative ways across a range of areas, from space exploration and robotics to natural history and human biology.
🏛At the Bayan Palace, The Duke of Cambridge attended an official meeting with His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
⛺️ In a traditional Kuwaiti tent in the desert outside of Kuwait City, The Duke of Cambridge joined young Kuwaitis later in the evening for a special event to experience what makes rural Kuwaiti culture so unique.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
