 EFCC Arraigns Three Indians,  Nigerian  for Alleged Criminal Breach of Trust The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  on Wednesday,  December 17, 2025 arraigned three Indians,  Lalit Sarwat, Ravi Raghavendra and Gagan Sarswat—alongside an Ilorin-based dispatch manager, Oniyide Samuel, before  Justice Sulaiman Akanbi of the Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin They were arraigned on a two-count charge bordering on conspiracy and criminal breach of trust, contrary to and punishable under Sections 97 and 314 of the Penal Code. The Commission alleged that the defendants, while being servants in the employment of KAM Steel Integrated Company Limited, conspired among themselves between November 2024 and September 2025 to commit criminal breach of trust. DISASTER AVERTED AS PETROL TANKER LOST CONTROL AND CRASHED AT NNEWI TOWN TODAY.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

     DISASTER AVERTED AS PETROL TANKER LADEN WITH 45,000 LITRES OF PREMIUM MOTOR SPIRITS LOSS CONTROL AND CRASHED AT NNEWI TOWN.
Today 28/1/2020 at about 7:30am, a Mark tanker with Registration number EFR 10 ZQ laden with forty five thousand litres of premium motor spirits (petrol) and driven by one Pedro Ojugbeli 'm' aged 39years of Delta State lost control and fell while it's contents spilled through the drainage at Traffic light junction Nnewi town in Nnewi North local Government Area of Anambra State.
Police patrol teams led by DPO Central Police Station Nnewi and other Sister Security Agencies rushed to the Scene, cordoned off the Area and diverted traffic to prevent calamity and looters from taking advantage of the situation to loot while fire service personnel equally responded and spread the truck and drainage with chemicals to prevent fire outbreak.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the driver of the truck on reaching the traffic light junction had a break failure while trying to negotiate at the junction and subsequently lost control which resulted to the accident.
Meanwhile,situation is brought under control, no loss of lives and no injury sustained. Effort is ongoing to transload the contents and clear obstructions in order to enable free flow of traffic in the area.Case under investigation please.
