 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. BRENT OFFICIALLY NAMED THE 2020 LONDON BOROUGH OF CULTURE TODAY.{PHOTOS}.

     Brent has officially been named the 2020 London Borough of Culture. 
Today, The Duchess of Cornwall joined residents to celebrate the borough’s new status.
This year Brent surpassed 21 other London Boroughs to win the £1 million funding, enabling them to stage a year-long programme of cultural events and initiatives.
At The Granville Centre in Kilburn, The Duchess met community volunteers and learnt about the co-working and event space on offer. The centre supports the local community with access to low cost fitness activities, workspaces, and business support.
Next, Her Royal Highness visited the recently renovated Kiln Theatre. The Duchess met young people turning their passions into projects as part of ‘The Agency’ project. Young people have been encouraged to apply for funding to help drive positive change in the community.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
