 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.       China has postponed the spring semester due to the coronavirus outbreak, and millions of students staying at home turned to online learning.
Luo Changshi, the headmaster of Xinzhu Elementary School at Xinzhu Village of Wanzai County, E China's Jiangxi Province, started to deliver coursewares from Feb. 11 for five students living in the remote area of the village where the cell phone signals and internet services were almost unusable. Every day, Luo went to school early in the morning to record and copy the online lessons, then delivered the coursewares to the students along the mountain road by motorcycle.People joked that he had become a deliveryman, but Luo felt happy to fulfill what he thought was his responsibility.More photos below.
