 TROOPS OF OPERATION UDO KA UNCOVER SHALLOW GRAVE, EXHUME REMAINS OF LATE COMMUNITY LEADER IN IMO STATE Troops of 34 Artillery Brigade, operating under Operation UDO KA and through the ongoing Operation EASTERN SANITY II, have achieved another significant breakthrough with the recovery and dignified exhumation of the remains of the late Chief Ibe Anyadu of Aggah Community. Chief Anyadu was allegedly murdered by suspected members of a criminal gang recently apprehended in connection with violent crimes in the region. This development follows recent intelligence-driven operations that led to the arrest of suspects responsible for the killing of a Nigerian Army soldier and the recovery of stolen service weapons. During interrogation, one of the suspects confessed to involvement in the murder of Chief Anyadu and volunteered to lead troops to the burial site.      Today 105 Kidnappers, Armed Robbers, Gun Manufacturers, Drug Dealers Supplying Kidnappers all Arrested by IRT and STS Were Paraded before the Press by the Force Public Relations Officer in Abuja.
Over 50 AK47 Rifles and other Dangerous Weapons, Drugs, Motor Cycles and Cars Modified to Conceal and Transport Rifles were all Recovered.
Suspects Arrested Confessed to Multiple Kidnappings and Killings In Several States including the Attack on Luxurious Bus/Other Vehicles and Emir Of Potiskum Convoy Along Zaria-Kaduna Road Last December were Several Persons were Kidnapped.
More efforts in Progress to Arrest remaining gang members and recover more weapons while all Suspects arrested will be Prosecuted at the end of the Investigations.
