     The Kano Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on March 3, 2020 arraigned one Asiya Bala Aliyu before Justice R.A. Sadiq of the Kano State High Court on a two-count charge of misappropriation of funds.

The defendant allegedly collected the sum of N36million from Hadiza Inna Sanusi in the guise that the said money was to be invested in Galaxy Investment Package. The money was however, diverted to the personal use of the defendant.
