 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. Man Stabs His Brother To Death Over A Soft Drink Home - Crimefighters
       Sibling rivalry turns fatal as a 21-year-old man allegedly stabbed his younger brother, Henry, to death over a soft drink.
The incident happened at their home in Johnson Street, Alaba area of Lagos State.Chisom Eze kept a drink in the house before he went out. On getting back home, he realized that his younger brother had taken the drink.
Eze was enraged, he rushed to grab a knife and plunged it into his brother’s neck.
Immediately their sister saw what happened, she ran to the neighbors asking for help but nothing could be done to save Henry’s life.
Confirming the incident, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bala Elkana said that Eze is currently in the Police custody, and an investigation is ongoing.
