The couple returned to the red carpet for the first time in over two years as they attended the premiere of Barker’s documentary, Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear. They arrived in coordinated black outfits, presenting a sleek, unified look for the evening. Kardashian, 47, wore a long-sleeved satin gown featuring a white collar and button detailing down the front.  The outfit included a high slit that revealed her legs, and she layered a black bralette underneath. BENUE STATE ACTION COMMITTEE ON COVID-19 WILL ENFORCE STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH PREVENTIVE MEASURES.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

    Arising from a meeting of the Benue State COVID-19 Committee held at the People's House, Makurdi on Wednesday, 24th June, 2020, I, Engr. Benson Abounu, Deputy Governor of Benue State and Chairman of the Committee, hereby announces the following measures, which are informed of the continuing rise in the number of COVID-19 cases in the state;
1. All COVID-19 preventive measures pronounced by His Excellency, the Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom, through several broadcasts, have been gazetted into law and duly have the force of law.
2. A Special Enforcement Taskforce has been constituted and mandated by law to ensure strict compliance with the following gazetted preventive measures;
a). Wearing of facemasks, washing of hands with running water and soap/use of hand sanitizers and maintenance of physical distancing in all markets across the state.
b). Wearing of facemasks, washing of hands with running water and soap/use of hand sanitizers and maintenance of physical distancing in churches, mosques and other places of worship across the state.
c). Wearing of facemasks and maintenance of physical distancing by both operators and passengers alike on motorcycles, bicycles, tricycles (Keke Napep) as well as all private and commercial vehicles.
d). Wearing of facemasks, washing of hands with running water and soap/use of hand sanitizers and maintenance of physical distancing in all public places; including but not limited to, banks, hospitals, shopping centres, public and private business offices/premises, restaurants, bars, barbers shops, hair dressing salons, etc.
e) Wearing of facemasks, washing of hands with running water and soap/use of hand sanitizers and maintenance of physical distancing at all social gatherings which MUST not under any circumstance exceed 30 persons present at the venue of an event.
f) Observing the dusk-to-dawn curfew which lasts from 10pm to 4am daily.
2. All public places will be under surveillance and manned by officials of the Special Enforcement Taskforce who are empowered by law to arrest and prosecute violators of the gazetted preventive measures.
3. Violators of the gazetted preventive measures will face sanctions ranging from fines, imprisonment, closure of business offices/premises, impounding of vehicles and other movable assets.
4. The Special Enforcement Taskforce will swing into action on Wednesday, 8th July, 2020 and everyone is required by law to fully comply with its mandate.
