 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.     Today being Tuesday 9/6/2020 the Executive Governor of Anambra State *His Excellency Chief Willie Obiano* gave a cash reward of Two Million Naira (#2,000,000) to Police operatives who foiled the Robbery attack at Regina Caeli Junction along Enugu-Onitsha Expressway,Awka on the 8/6/2020 in order to boost their morale and encourage others to emulate them.
Similarly,the Governor's wife Her Excellency *Chief Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano*(Osodieme) equally donated Four bags of 50Kg Rice to the police operatives.
The Police operatives comprises of three Inspectors ,Four Sergeants and one Constable attached to Department of operations and MOPOL 29 PMF Awka.
Responding after presenting the cash to the affected officers who were given #250,000 Naira and 25Kg bag of rice each,the Commissioner of Police *CP John B.Abang,fdc* thanked His Excellency Governor Willie Obianor and his amiable wife for motivating the officers.The CP who said the gesture will go a long way in boosting the morale of the officers and encourage them to redouble their efforts.He further assured His Excellency and all "Ndi Anambra" that the Command under his watch will continue to enhance safety and security in the State and deny criminal elements the opportunities to perpetrate their dastardly acts in the State.
