  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. LASPOTECH VISITATION PANEL SUBMITS REPORT,TO UNRAVEL THE LINGERING CRISES IN THE POLYTECHNIC.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

     The Lagos State Polytechnic visitation panel set-up by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to unravel the immediate and remote causes of the lingering crises in the Polytechnic, on Thursday, submitted its report to the State Government, through the Special Adviser to the Governor on Education, Mr. Tokunbo Wahab.
Receiving the report from the Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Wahab thanked the members for the timely submission, assuring them of the government's commitment to the implementation of recommendations of the investigating team.
He said, "The Government was worried about the crisis at the Institution and this report will help us find out the underlying causes of the crises, how to resolve them and prevent any future occurrence of similar problems".
Earlier while presenting the report, the Chairman of the Panel, Barr. Adelowo Afolayan, appreciated Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on behalf of other members of the Committee, for the opportunity given to them to work freely in finding solutions to the age-long crisis in the school without interference.
Recall the Visitation Panel was constituted in October 2019 by the State Government in accordance with the extant law of the Lagos State Polytechnic 2012, Section C111 (subsection 1-5).One more photo below.
