 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. The President believes the nonagenarian’s leadership roles in the private and public sectors have been most remarkable and impactful, attracting many recognitions and awards, both within and outside the country, and steadily inspiring confidence in the economy.
As an adviser to many governments, President Buhari affirms that Chief Mbanefo, who served in boardrooms, committees and investigative panels, left an indelible imprint on some of the notable decisions that shaped Nigeria, which include creating strong institutions for good and corporate governance.
As Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council of Ahmadu Bello University, Obafemi Awolowo University, and the University of Lagos at different times, the President salutes the diplomat's investment of time and resources in the education system in Nigeria, particularly his advocacy for skills development and entrepreneurship.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
