 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. GOV. ABIODUN SIGNS N280BN REVISED 2020 BUDGET INTO LAW.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

    The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has signed the Revised 2020 Appropriation Bill into law, with a pledge to pay attention to health, education, infrastructure and other sectors that would boost the economy of the State.
Signing the Budget which was reduced from N449.97bn to N280bn in his office at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, after receiving it from the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Kunle Oluomo, Governor Abiodun said his Government would work within the Budget to ensure that the people get its benefits.
"I want to appreciate our Lawmakers for expediting action on the Bill. The relationship between the Legislature and the Executive is exemplary. Issues relating to moving the State forward, are always given prompt attention.
"The House has done the needful. They have done a good work. We will do our best to ensure that we work within the Budget, by paying attention to those sectors that impact positively on our people," the Governor explained.
He noted that the review of the Budget was due to the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, in line with the current realities, adding that the Government would fix the inadequacies in the health sector, as highlighted by the Coronavirus.
Speaking earlier, Speaker Oluomo explained that relevant stakeholders were engaged in the course of amending the Bill, expressing the hope that it would reengineer the socioeconomic condition of the State.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
