 Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker make rare red carpet return at Tribeca Film Festival date night Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker made a rare joint appearance on Saturday night, stepping out together at the Tribeca Film Festival for a date night in New York City. The couple returned to the red carpet for the first time in over two years as they attended the premiere of Barker’s documentary, Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear. They arrived in coordinated black outfits, presenting a sleek, unified look for the evening. Kardashian, 47, wore a long-sleeved satin gown featuring a white collar and button detailing down the front.  The outfit included a high slit that revealed her legs, and she layered a black bralette underneath. She completed the look with black pointed heels and a satin clutch, wearing her hair down with straight bangs framing her face.     President Muhammadu Buhari felicitates with former Minister of Police Affairs, Maj. Gen. David Jemibewon (rtd), on his 80th birthday, July 20, 2020, joining family members and associates to celebrate with the former military officer, who played many pivotal roles in shaping the nation’s history, both in the private and public sectors.
President Buhari extols Maj. Gen. Jemibewon for services to the nation, as a former Governor of the defunct Western State, and later Oyo State, and taking up strategic positions in the Nigerian Army as General Officer Commanding First Infantry Division and as Adjutant General.
As a former Minister of Police Affairs, the President affirms that the reforms instituted by the former governor strengthened the Nigeria Police Force for better service, especially the setting up of the Police Service Commission, and initiating a process for the expansion of the security agency with more officers, and modelling of some global best practices in operations.
President believes Maj. Gen. Jemibewon’s interest in the country continued to soar after retirement as he contributed to the process of returning the country to democratic governance, and has consistently played an active role in advocating good governance and development that directly impact on the people.
The President prays that the Almighty God will continue to bless the former governor with good health and strength to keep serving the nation.
