 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. Buhari congratulates NMA President Ujah on his election - P.M. News
    President Muhammadu Buhari felicitates with Prof. Innocent Ujah on his election as President of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), congratulating all the Executive Members for the zeal and diligence brought into the organisation within a short period.
President Buhari believes the elected officers of the NMA have admirable profiles that will take the organisation to greater heights, particularly Prof. Ujah, who has worked extensively with national and international institutions, and progressively contributed to the shaping of national policies on health in the country in different capacities.
The President affirms that the NMA plays a strategic role in the growth of the country through counselling of leaders on health and development issues, and staying on the frontline during emergencies and pandemics to keep everyone safe like the ongoing fight against COVID-19.
President Buhari commends the former President of the NMA, Dr Francis Faduyile and Executive Members for their investments of time and resources to improve the welfare of doctors, and their working conditions by consistently negotiating and counselling governments.
The President assures Prof. Ujah and the Executive Members of the government’s full cooperation to help them succeed in their leadership positions, and improve health services in the country.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
