 EFCC Arraigns Three Indians,  Nigerian  for Alleged Criminal Breach of Trust The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  on Wednesday,  December 17, 2025 arraigned three Indians,  Lalit Sarwat, Ravi Raghavendra and Gagan Sarswat—alongside an Ilorin-based dispatch manager, Oniyide Samuel, before  Justice Sulaiman Akanbi of the Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin They were arraigned on a two-count charge bordering on conspiracy and criminal breach of trust, contrary to and punishable under Sections 97 and 314 of the Penal Code. The Commission alleged that the defendants, while being servants in the employment of KAM Steel Integrated Company Limited, conspired among themselves between November 2024 and September 2025 to commit criminal breach of trust. NIGERIAN ARMY ARRESTED A SOLDIER FOR CYBER-CRIMES.{PHOTO}.

Nigerian Army says it has arrested the soldier who recorded a video begging his colleagues not to shoot at #EndSARS protesters..They wrote ''The hooded soldier hiding behind the mask to commit cybercrimes has been apprehended in the ongoing cyber operations in support of Crocodile Smile VI.Be rest assured cyber criminals have no hiding place''.
The soldier now identified as Lance Corporal Harrison Friday, wore a hood in a video he made in which he begged his colleagues not to shoot at end SARS protesters even if they were sent to do so.
In a post shared on its Twitter handle this morning October 21, the Nigerian Army says Harrison carried out 'cybercrime' and that he has now been arrested..One more photo below.
