 The Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources, in partnership with the Imo State Government, has officially inaugurated the South East LPG Penetration Programme in Owerri, the state capital. The event marks the completion of the programme’s nationwide rollout across all five geopolitical zones, championing a shift towards universal clean cooking. Speaking at the ceremony, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas), Hon. Ekperikpe Ekpo, detailed the ambitious goals of the initiative under the Nigeria Decade of Gas agenda. According to him, the programme aims to transition millions of households away from harmful fuels like firewood, charcoal, and kerosene to cleaner, safer Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). He said that key national targets include the distribution of five million cylinders by 2030, converting one million homes annually, and boosting domestic LPG supply to six million metric tonnes per annum, a move expected to generate significant employment. In order to ensure peaceful and hitchfree Cross over to 2021 and new year celebration in the State, the Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command *CP John B.Abang,fdc* has directed for deployment of joint Patrol teams comprising of PMF, RRS,Anti Cultism unit, divisional patrol teams and other tactical teams tonight.
2. Aim of the Operation is to ensure that Ndi Anambra cross over to 2021 and Celebrate the New year peacefully without any threat to their lives and properties.
3. The CP implores officers and Men participating in the operation to be professional and Civil to members of the Public when discharging their duties in accordance with internationally acceptable best practices.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
