  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. Yesterday in Athens, at the request of the British Government, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall joined representatives from Greece, Cyprus, France and Russia at the Monument of the Unknown Soldier for a wreath laying ceremony. His Royal Highness laid a wreath at the memorial, which is dedicated to all Greek soldiers who died during conflict.
As part of the Bicentenary Independence Day celebrations at Syntagma Square, The Prince and The Duchess next saw a military parade by members of the Hellenic Armed Forces, which concluded with a flypast.
Later The Prince and The Duchess were welcomed to tea at the Presidential Mansion by President Sakellaropoulou, before Their Royal Highnesses inspected the Guard at the Presidential Guard Barracks.
Before departing, The Prince of Wales met with The Mayor of Athens at Athen's City Hall, where HRH was presented with the Gold Medal of Honour, the city's highest distinction. Upon receipt, The Prince said he would “treasure” the medal and that it “will always remind me of my connections to this remarkable country, so thank you.”
Meanwhile, The Duchess met representatives from Diotima, a charity working to end discrimination against women and provide support to domestic violence survivors.More photos below.
