 Gov. Ododo’s Executive Proclamation Not State of Emergency  Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo  has clarified that his recent Executive Proclamation on security protocols in the state is not a declaration of a state of emergency but a set of necessary measures to enhance the security architecture to crackdown on criminals in all parts of the state.  This was contained in a statement by the Special Adviser on Media to the Governor, Hon. Ismaila Isah, explaining that the proclamation is a lawful constitutional measure aimed at strengthening security coordination and protecting lives and property across Kogi State.  Gov. Ododo emphasized that it is within his powers as the Chief Security Officer of the state under Section 14 subsection 2(b) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended). NAPTIP: OFFICIAL LAUNCH AND HANDOVER CEREMONY OF THE BLUE BUS UNDER THE PREVENTION OF TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

Earlier today, the official launch and handover ceremony of the Blue Bus under the Prevention of trafficking in persons through a travelling awareness-raising exposition of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and NAPTIP took place in Lagos State.
In attendance were, IOM Chief of mission, Franz Celetine, Consul General of Switzerland in Lagos Thomas Schneider, Migration Adviser, Swiss Embassy, Manuel Muhlbach, Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim DG NAPTIP represented by Director Legal, Hassan Tahir.
The Blue Bus is a one-stop shop where vulnerable migrants, including community members, can get information on risks associated with trafficking in persons, where to report cases, and on-spot counselling services.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
