PLATEAU STATE GOVERNOR SEEKS DEEPER SECURITY COLLABORATION WITH NAF In a bid to reinforce internal security and deepen intergovernmental collaboration, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, on Tuesday, 16 December 2025, paid a courtesy visit to the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Headquarters, Abuja, where he met with the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, DFS. The visit underscored the Governor’s commitment to leveraging strategic federal partnerships to address evolving security challenges in Plateau State and the wider North Central region, while conveying the goodwill of the government and people of the state and congratulating the CAS on his appointment as the 23rd Chief of the Air Staff. NAF COLLEGE OF NURSING TO COMMENCE NATIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has granted approval for the commencement of National Diploma (ND) in Nursing Training at the Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing (NAFCON) Kaduna with effect from January 2021. The approval implies that NAFCON will terminate the 3 years nursing training and switch to ND in General Nursing. Additionally, Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has included NAFCON in its year 2022 brochure for candidates. Consequently, all candidates seeking admission into NAFCON for 2021/2022 academic session would now go through the University Matriculation Examination conducted by JAMB to be eligible for admission into ND General Nursing.
It may be recalled that the Nigerian Air Force (NAF), in October 2019, commissioned the NAF School of Medical Sciences and Aviation Medicine (NAFSMSAM) at the NAF Base, Kaduna. The School, which has 3 colleges within its span of control, including NAFCON, is tasked with the initial training of nurses and medical technicians in the allied medical fields such as pharmacy, medical laboratory and preventive health services. The School also organizes upgrading and refresher courses for various categories of NAF Medical Services personnel aimed at exposing them to global best practices in aviation medicine.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
