 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. KIDNAPPED TODDLER: MRS UZODIMMA ANNOUNCED THE RESCUE OF THE CHILD AND STEPS TAKEN TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE CHILD.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

The story of a kidnapped toddler in Akwa Ibom State who was taken away from his parents by a pair of kidnappers, Mfom and Esther, went viral a few days ago. Upon learning of the incident through the Ministry of Women Affairs and Vulnerable Groups, we immediately began swift investigations to ensure his safe return home.


We are happy to report, not only has he been rescued and found unharmed but now, he is being cared for by the Ministry of Women Affairs and Vulnerable Groups. Until the Police Department of Imo State verifies the full details on this almost tragic event, he will remain under their care.


This would not have been possible without the dedication and cooperation of the Imo State Police department, the Owerri Area Command and the Ministry of Women Affairs. Thank you for your relentless work against child kidnapping and trafficking.
