Lagos police launch investigation as jeweller  accuses its officers of harassment The Lagos State Police Command said it has commenced an investigation into a viral video of a jeweller accusing some policemen in the Festac area of the state of harassing him.  The command disclosed this in an X post on Saturday. The video, which circulated on X on Saturday morning, shows the businessman engaged in a struggle with some policemen. Later in the video, the businessman could be seen with a bloody face after allegedly sustaining a cut beside his right eye during the struggle with the police officers,  The jeweller later explained that the policemen from the Festac Division had stopped him for a routine search. American Comedian Kathy Griffin announced on social media that she down with lung cancer.She shared the epistle as seen below when she wrote '' I've got to tell you guys something.I have can cancer.I'm about to go into surgery to have half of my left lung removed.Yes,I have lung cancer even though I've never smoked!.The doctors are very optimistic as it is stage one and contained to my left lung.
Hopefully no chemo or radiation afterthis and I should have normal function with my breathing. I should be up and and running around as usual in a month or less.It's been a helluva 4 years ,trying to get back to work,making you guys laugh and entertaining you,but I'm gonna be just fine,of course I am fully vaccinated for covid. The consequences for being unvaccinated would have been even more serious.
