 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. A man wrote an official letter to his wife,his family members and also copied his wife's family
member notifying them that he has married a second wife.
 He wrote
''This serves to notify the family members [especially my wife} that I'm intending to bring in a new female family member on the 19th Dec. 2021. She will be received at HB Hotel Holma then thereafter she will immediately assume her duties as my second wife.Her name and other details will be revealed on the reception date. All family members are expected to join hands and cooperate on this matter,or wait for radical sanctions.
