 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. Alleged Forgery: Court Reserves Ruling On Fani-Kayode’s Application Till Dec.17


Justice O. O. Abike-Fadipe of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos, on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, reserved ruling on an application filed by a former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, who was to be arraigned today by the Lagos Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on a 12-count charge bordering on an alleged forgery, till Friday, December 17, 2021.
