 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. POLICE PATROL VAN CHASING YAHOO BOYS CRUSHES POLICEMAN TO DEATH IN EKITI.{PHOTOS}.

A policeman identified as Supol Ayeni has been crushed to death by a patrol van belonging to the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) unit of the Ekiti State Police Command.


The incident occurred on Tuesday evening along Federal Polytechnic, Ado/Ijan Road.


SaharaReporters gathered that RRS operatives who drove recklessly were chasing suspected fraudsters, otherwise known as Yahoo boys when they hit their colleague who was on a motorcycle.


It was learnt that Supol Ayeni who was attached to Odo Ado police state died on the spot.
