The 39-year-old twins were seen walking through Midtown Manhattan on April 30, dressed in coordinated black trench coats paired with wide-leg denim. They completed the look with sunglasses, scarves, and structured alligator handbags from their luxury label, The Row, before stopping for lunch during their outing. Governor Zulum reopens Dikwa, Ngamboru Ngala Road for Commuter.

...Donated Eighteen Patrol vehicles.

Borno Governor Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, mni, has officially flagged up the reopening of maiduguri, Dikwa Ngala highway for commuters to fly the road without escort with a view to boost economic activities to sustain resettlement in the area. 

The symbolic reopening of the road was done at Muna before the governor proceeded to Dikwa town ensure that the road has formally reopened. 

While addressing commuters road transport union members and security operatives that man the road Governor Babagana Umara Zulum said government has put in place adequate arraignment to ensure sustainability of the road to remain opened and charged drivers and passengers to co-operate with the military and other security outfits, 

The Governor also presented Ten patrol vehicles to the military four to each the civilian JTF and hunters in addition with cash support to boost their mmorals.
