 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. “In my capacity as the Akajiofo, Custodian of Igbo Culture and the living Earth Master, I make bold to caution Putin to pull his forces out of Ukraine within 21days. But if this advice is disregarded, I will be compelled to unleash the potent African Spiritual Energy that will prove most catastrophic for him and his army of occupation in a way that will make his disastrous invasion of Afghanistan a child’s play in comparison.
