  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. NPF Summons Officer Turned ‘Errand Boy’ Attached To Buhari’s Appointee, Nimota Akanbi
 

The Inspector-General of Police, Usman Baba, has summoned to Abuja, Yahaya Abubakar, the police orderly in a viral video holding a plate of food for his “madam”, Ambassador Nimota Akanbi.He is to report to the Force Headquarters, Abuja.

Acting Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi disclosed this on Wednesday.
 
Adejobi warned police officers attached to Very Important Persons all over the country to stop serving purposes other than protecting them from security threats.

“We have seen the policeman. We will investigate the scene and act accordingly. Such an act is condemned. However, the policeman will be in Abuja for us to get more facts about the ugly incident as we are determined to curb such. We will update you as at when due,” Adejobi said.

A viral video has shown Abubakar, a constable carrying a plate of food behind the Akanbi, who is the chairman of the National Senior Secondary Education Commission (NSSEC) and former Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Netherlands.
