 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. 2023: I'M NOT APPLYING FOR WRESTLING BUT BRAIN JOB- TINUBU MOCKS AMAECHI.(PHOTO).

The former Governor of Lagos State and presidential hopeful, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has mocked Rotimi Amaechi’s show of fitness during his declaration to run for the 2023 presidential elections.

The national leader of APC, while addressing a gathering in what seemed to be a reply to Amaechi’s action during his presidential declaration said that he is running for presidency, not to become a wrestler.

He said, “ Those who think they will see me run around the stadium, I didn’t apply for the job of wrestling.”

After the crowd had erupted in laughter due to his remarks, Tinubu further stated that “What I am applying for has to do with the brain capacity, knowledge, that will make life better for a whole lot of people.’
