 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. Jails Internet Fraudster One Year in Lagos

The Lagos Command of the EFCC on Friday, May 27, 2022, secured the conviction and sentencing of one Dare Tolulope before Justice Mojisola Dada of the Special Offences sitting in Ikeja, Lagos for an offence bordering on possession of fraudulent documents, contrary to Section 318 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2011.

Tolulope, on or about the month of July 2021 in Lagos, had in your possession a document containing Social Security number 2446061738 belonging to one Eric Munro, which he knew or ought to have known contains false pretence. He pleaded "guilty" to the charge.
