 M23 says hundreds of Burundi soldiers captured in latest Congo offensive The Rwanda-backed M23 group has captured hundreds of Burundian soldiers during its latest offensive in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, a rebel official said, as clashes continued despite a warning from the Trump administration. Last week M23 entered the strategic town of Uvira near the border with Burundi, less than a week after the presidents of Congo and Rwanda met in Washington with U.S. President Donald Trump and affirmed their commitment to a peace deal known as the Washington Accords. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Saturday that Rwanda's actions in eastern Congo violated the Washington Accords and vowed to "take action to ensure promises made to the President are kept". Rwanda denies supporting M23 and has blamed Congolese and Burundian forces for the renewed fighting. Time To Chase Away From Imo State Those Who Don’t Share The Aspiration Of Producing Nigerian President Of South East Extraction

Governor Hope Uzodinma, I’am being mindful of what to say concerning the pictures circulating all over social media where you were seen submitting the expression of interest and nomination forms of Senate President, Lawan Ahmad Lawal. In this era of photoshopping, unethical politiking and so much wickedness, anything is possible in Nigeria. 

Sir, be informed that there are so many northerners who would truly love to see power return to the southern part of Nigeria, yet the number one citizen of the Eastern Heartland (OBIGBO) is romancing with the idea of power remaining in the north.

Ndi Imo State, this must be investigated.

Emeka Ihedioha who is also aspiring to rule us is the arrow head of Governor Tambuwal’s governorship bid. How can these two men who don’t share our dreams and aspirations of a Nigerian president of Igbo extraction being a reality benefit from our state by being our governor?

Time to chase them away from the state is now if found to be true.
