 Trump announces Hamas disarmament and Israeli troop withdrawal agreement under Gaza ceasefire plan   President Donald Trump announced Thursday that Hamas has agreed to a plan to disarm and that Israel will withdraw its forces from Gaza as part of a U.S.-backed ceasefire framework. Trump described the agreement as a major step toward creating a new Palestinian government in Gaza that would work with the newly established Board of Peace to oversee the next stages of the plan. The president said the agreement would also provide Israel with increased security by preventing Gaza from being used as a launching point for future attacks. Details of the agreement were limited, and neither Israel nor Hamas immediately released statements responding to Trump’s announcement. The Board of Peace said Hamas had agreed to a roadmap for moving forward with the next phases of the ceasefire after months of negotiations. GREAT NEWS: OUR BILL FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FEDERAL MEDICAL CENTER IN ONITSHA HAS JUST BEEN PASSED- STELLA ODUAH!

It is with immense gratitude to God that I announce the passage of my Bill for the establishment of a Federal Medical Center to be established in Onitsha, Anambra State.

Indeed, this is a victory for Constituents of Anambra North who will no longer have to travel long distances to access the kinds of medical opportunities a Federal Medical Center avails.

May I seize this opportunity to thank my colleagues at the red chambers for not only giving a listening ear to my passionate appeal but ensuring the right thing was eventually done.

I now look forward to the day my bill for the Establishment of a South East Development Commission is passed into law and God willing, it shall happen!
